Human Attachment Theory

If our bonding are strong, we are securely attached

Then we feel safe to explore

Cause we know there is always safe base to go

To wich we can return to anytime

People who are securely attached

Said have a greater trust

And insecurely attached people to mistrust others

They are afraid to leave or explore a rather scary looking world

Because they feels not sure if they can return

Often they then dont undertsand their own feeling

The attachment theory argue that a strong emotional and physical bond is critical.
