Stay Away A While From Social Media
I've been detox for social media, especially instagram for a few months to looking for whats the point of life. However in this quarantine time, I do really enjoy my loneliness. Where I can talk to my self deeply. Where work no longer pressed me that much. Where in the room only me and my brain. Such a great time to really know not only who you really are but what you live for.
Well, I usually do the detox whenever I feel tired of social media. I think its important. Because sometimes social media drag you to the person you dont want to be. Make you thinking to much cause of some news that you dont want to know. Some case of anxiety, insecure, or even worse depression causing from social media.

Social media was like a sword. Many good things happen from social media too. For example to improve online business, build a relation, entertaining and more.
